Guided Flower Walks

Each week we offer a programme of gentle  walks, knowing the area so well we can combine the very best scenery with the very best spots for flora and fauna.

We choose each location for the wealth and variety of the plant life to be found. We will also explain the astonishing variety of butterflies we will encounter and keep a watchful eye on the birds.

During the spring and summer we organise outings at our favourite places, special to us for the richness of the endemic plantlife, the sheer profusion of their flowers and colour, or where a rare or unusual plant can be found.

The itineraries for these very gentle walks will include Gavarnie with its magnificent scenery; the hidden valleys around Gedre and the Cirque d’Estaube; and the high mountain meadows on the border with Spain.

The opportunities are endless, the flowers are stunning, the scenery is breathtaking …
