Bareges massive snowfalls

We had two meters fifty of snow fall in Bareges over the first few days of February, we now have sensational skiing conditions.

The locals cannot remember so much so quickly, in our 25 years in Bareges we have never experienced so much over such a short period.

2nd Feb Bareges buried by snow

The Grand Tourmalet ski area is now fully open.

There is now 2 meters 80 on the high runs and 2 meters 60 on the very lowest, incredible depths, fabulous skiing conditions that will comfortably see us through to Easter.
